So did anyone else get caught in the great Blizard of this weekend? On Saturday and Sunday, the Northeastern U.S got covered in tons of snow and we've been talking about it on Quick Notes, so I thought I'd post a topic about it here. I'm on Long Island in New York, and we have about 10 to 12 inches of snow, which is a lot for us. It stopped snowing earlier today and we started to dig out this afternoon, but my school and my brother's school are still closed tomorrow. My guide dog Jasmine loves the snow. She likes rolling around in it and sticking her tongue out to catch flakes, not while working of course.
Hey there! That blizard came here, and dropped aproximently 18 inches of snow. It hit on sunday morning, and didn't stop until this morning. We had no school today, and my entire province was closed. Parts of the highways were closed as well. I am a huge fan of these storms though. The only thing is, this is our third blizard since last sunday, and there is talk of an other at the end of the week. Usually the university doesn't get closed down, and it did with the coming of every storm. I love storms like this and all I can say is bring it on!
Lol. Sadly no blizards here. But they're fun to read about. I wish there were snowdays ehre. Once there was a flood week, cuz our school flooded. Lol. Caitlin
wish my college had been closed, but no luck! We have over a foot of snow, though.
Over a foot of snow and you didn't close? Those people are mean. Hope you got around all right.
Yup if you're a Pennsylvanian then you got snow... Lots of it. In fact I'm surprised the football games went on as schedule on Sunday with the temps and all.
wow still had school. I thought our school was hard on us haha
Great sking and sleding weather :)
Over two feet of snow here in Boston on Saturday; getting another 6 to 9 inches as I write this.
EEEWWWWWWW!

Most of ours has melted. We got a few inches this morning, but it;'s mostly slush now.
Yeah PA got hit pretty good about a foot or a little more. The poor part is the sno still covering the sidewalks. Having to poke my cane through the snow to find the sidewalk, looks like I am searching for mines in the snow. A five minute walk turns into a 15 minute walk.
a little snow here in england, but nothing to what you in the usa had.
